To provide Emergency Social Services in a professional manner to clients; to provide support to staff within the Social Services office and Corps. This position will also conduct Pathway of hope recruitment and case management. Responsible for the provision of a full range of case management interventions including engagement of new clients, completion of comprehensive assessments and action plans, referrals to services designed to address identified goals and development of plans to address transition needs and ongoing documentation of progress. This is a regular full time position with a workweek expectation of 40 hours per week.
Responsible for ensuring the food pantry functions operate smoothly, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation requirements. Administer the stocking of shelves and distribution of food through client choice process, working with volunteers, caseworkers and other staff to ensure efficient operation in all areas of the food pantry. Goes with driver to pick up food donations maintaining food safety practices throughout the process. This is a part-time position with a work week expectation of up to 25 hours per week.
