Under the direct supervision of the Regional Social Services Director, the Case Manager will perform intake and assessment of clients, create case plans to meet those needs, follow up open cases to assist with implementation of the case plan, supervise volunteers and oversee the delivery of all services offered. Participate in the treatment team organized to provide services for the Family Services department and Pathway of Hope participants. The case manager will determine necessary services, conceptualize and create treatment planning, provide follow-up services reflective of an established treatment plan, and ensure services are sound, goal oriented, and fosters an increase in independence.
This position is part time and intermittent depending on the scheduling of tournaments & leagues. Availability for evenings & weekends required.
Under the direct supervision of the Recreational Sports Specialist, the Tournament & League Supervisor is responsible for setting up event venues, ensure referees and scorekeepers are prepared to work, officiating occasionally, enforcing policies, working with teams and checking rosters. The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring activities, officials, players and spectators while on site and enforcing rules. He or she will put all equipment and bleachers away, pick up and clear area. The Supervisor is responsible for keeping and reporting standings and submitting administrative paperwork to the Recreational Sports Specialist.
This is a part-time position working approximately 15-18 hours a week.
The Welcome Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences. Responsibilities include selling and/or verifying memberships through the Point of Sale (POS) system, providing information, and answering questions about available programs, and checking out equipment at either the Welcome Desk or the Control Desk.
This is a part-time position assigned to our Special Events venue. The work schedule includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
The Event Hosts will be responsible for monitoring special events and facility rental activities to ensure the customers’ needs and specifications are met prior to and on the day of the event in RJKCCC in Quincy, IL. This position will work closely with the Special Events & Scheduling Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is expected to perform all functions of the Donation Center Clerk. This includes but is not limited to: Providing excellent customer service; receiving donations, assisting with unloading Family Store truck; lifting and carrying donated/purchased items; sorting donations; cleaning or repairing items; preparing items for the sales floor including pricing items. This is a part-time position working 15 or less hours a week.
The Rock Climbing Wall Attendant is responsible for monitoring, instructing and assisting patrons in the proper and safe use of the rock climbing and bouldering wall at the Kroc Center. This position will also conduct climbing wall and climbing gear orientation sessions, set new routes, answer patron questions, take hourly counts, inventory equipment, lead rental groups, and assist with preventative maintenance for the wall and its equipment.
This position is a part-time position working approximately 10 to 19 hours a week with a variety of christian-based youth programs.
Under the supervision of the Youth Development & Outreach Specialist, this is a Ministry position responsible for connecting, leading and developing the youth in the various programs and activities including summer camps, after school programs, the game room, and special events at the Kroc Corps Community Center. The Youth Development Assistant is to be the face of the Kroc Center to the youth of the community and to the parents of the youth. The Youth Development Assistant will be a trustworthy conduit through which parents and youth can connect to the center.
This is a part-time Personal Trainer position. The successful Personal Trainer will become benefit-eligible once their client base meets or exceeds 20 client sessions on a weekly basis.
The Personal Trainers will be responsible for conducting one-on-one, group, and class-size fitness training instruction to clients, while providing a safe environment at the RJKCCC in Quincy, IL. This position will monitor all users in the sessions they conduct, perform fitness assessments, provide fitness equipment orientations, keep records, check receipts, assist patrons, and operate and set up equipment as needed.

The Lifeguard staff will be responsible for knowing and enforcing all aquatic center policies and procedures, while providing a safe aquatic environment at the RJKCCC in Quincy, IL. This position will monitor all users in the aquatic areas, assist patrons, assist with cleaning the aquatic facilities, and operate and set up equipment as needed.
