This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working through our Hannibal, MO Family Services Center. The work schedule is generally Monday - Friday. Benefits include health/dental/vision/hearing, life insurance, pension and a generous paid time off package.
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Social Services Director, the Case worker will perform intake and assessment of clients, create case plans to meet those needs, follow up open cases to assist with implementation of the case plan, assist volunteers and provide the delivery of services offered in the Quincy or Hannibal Family Services department.
This is a part-time position working approximately 15-18 hours a week. Successful candidate must be available to work mornings been 7:00a.m. to 2:00p as well as weekends.
The Welcome Desk Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences. Responsibilities include selling and/or verifying memberships through the Point of Sale (POS) system, providing information, and answering questions about available programs, and checking out equipment at either the Welcome Desk or the Control Desk.
This is a part-time position to cover vacant shifts. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Many shifts are 12 hours shifts and may be overnight.
Under the direct supervision of the Regional Social Services Director, this position is expected to comply with and meet The Salvation Army, Federal, State and Local policies and standards. Maintain shelter security. Perform related duties to maintains control and assist homeless clients in the shelter. Each monitor is responsible for their shift to include cooking appropriate meals for clients, cleaning duties, maintain records, and case management duties as assigned by Regional Social Services Director.

The Fitness & Gym Attendant is responsible for assisting patrons in the fitness, weight and gym areas, ensuring quality customer service and serving as a first responder in case of emergency situations in these areas. This position will also conduct equipment orientation sessions, clean equipment, re-rack equipment, answer patron questions, take hourly counts, and assist with preventative maintenance for equipment.
This position is a temporary, summer position and is an excellent opportunity for students. Must be over the age of 18.
Under the supervision of the Day Camp Coordinator and the Youth Development and Outreach Specialist, the Day Camp Counselor is responsible for providing a day camp program consistent with the needs and interests of the community. Counselors work with youth of various ages and must have the ability and desire to work with children, parents, volunteers, and peers. Counselors supervise and lead activities for all day camp events. Counselors ensure camper safety and well being of campers while they are in our care.
This opening is a part-time position that is normally scheduled primarily evenings and weekends and less than 20 hours a week. Periodic holidays are required.
Under the supervision of the Membership Services Supervisor, the Child Watch Attendant is responsible for the safety, care and wellbeing of the children in the Kroc Center Child Watch Area. Attendants will follow the policies and procedures of the center regarding personal conduct and security, as well as demonstrate a true desire to work and play with children.

We have part-time group fitness instructor positions in a variety of area: aquatics, cycling, Les Mills, and other classs types.
The Group Fitness Instructors will be responsible for teaching and instructing Kroc Center members in various fitness and instructional exercises, while providing a safe environment at the RJKCCC in Quincy, IL. This position will monitor all users in the aquatic classes they teach, keep records, check receipts, assist patrons, and operate and set up equipment as needed.

This is a full-time position working an overnight schedule (Sunday thru Thursday). The normal workday starts at 9:00 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. Because this position is full-time working a 40 hour work week, the successful candidate will be eligible for the full benefits package which includes: health, dental, vision, life, vacation, sick, and pension.
The custodian will be responsible for the cleaning, sanitation and general upkeep of the buildings and grounds. The position will have primary responsibility for the set-ups and take-downs of furniture and equipment staging needed for the various programs and building uses.

Under the direct supervision of the Family Store Manager, the Truck Helper assists in loading and unloading clothing, furniture and miscellaneous items from The Salvation Army truck. This position will also assist in the store working with customers, lifting and carrying donated/purchased items and performing baling operations. The majority of the work done in the position will be of the physical labor type.
