  • Overview

    Provides support in daily operation of running day camp activities including supervision of day campers.

     

     

    Responsibilities

     

     

    • Conduct various day camp activities, prepare daily snacks, and supervise day campers.
    • Maintain clean work areas that are affected by day camp activies.

     

    OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:  Other duties as may be assigned and appropriate for this position.

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Must obtain "Safe from Harm Training Certificate" within six months of hire. Free class June 11th at The Salvation Army, Escanaba
    • Ability to relate well with the public, children,  and other staff.
    • Ability to work with little or no supervision.

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED/REQUIRED:

     

    • Desire, ability, and experience working with children preferred.
