The Program Counselor is charged with being a positive Christian influence to all campers and guests. Responsibilities include developing campers' social, physical, intellectual, vocational, emotional and spiritual strengths, through group programming. The Program Counselor will also serve in other capacities around camp.

Supervision Received: Camp Director, Divisional Youth Officers, and Program Director
Supervision of Others: Counselors and others who may be assisting in challenge activities.
Performance Measures: This individual will be evaluated on how effectively the outcomes of this position are achieved, as well as the timeliness, accuracy. And completeness of accomplishing assigned goals.
