Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related Human Services or Human Resources field, or equivalent work history.
Certifications: Valid driver’s license with approval to drive from TSA’s insurance carrier preferred.
Experience: One year experience in job placement/recruiting preferred or related experience in the field of HR, staffing, employment counseling, or workforce development. Previous experience working with individuals experiencing mental health concerns and homelessness preferred.
Skills:
Supervisory Responsibility: Mentors and coaches volunteers assigned to Employment Services.
