Prepare breakfast and commence noon meal following menu schedule.
Responsible for ensuring food is prepared and ready at scheduled time. Supervise kitchen helpers, assigning duties as required during absence of kitchen supervisor. Serves meals from serving line. Maintain a high degree of cleanliness and order in kitchen. Ensure that all personnel on shift understand need for personal hygiene, are clean shaven and wearing clean, appropriate clothing. Support the mission statement of the Salvation Army.
Must have a valid state ID, a Social Security card, must live at the Adult Rehabilitation Center and must pass a Drug test.
