The Salvation Army Family Thrift Stores on Chicago's North Side are seeking retail team members -- now hiring in Lincoln Park, River West, and Rogers Park. Interviewing will begin immediately.
Positions to be filled:
Store Clerk and Store Processor (merchandising, stocking, cashiering, hanging clothes, cleaning, and customer service) -- day and evening shifts -- $12.10 per hour -- Lincoln Park, River West, and Rogers Park
Positions start at 29 hours per week. We provide paid sick leave and paid vacation time. Saturday availability is required to be considered for employment.
The Salvation Army has been providing aid to those in need for nearly 150 years. We operate 7,546 centers in communities across the country, including food distribution, disaster relief, rehabilitation centers, anti-human trafficking efforts, and children’s programs. Our work is funded through kettle donations, corporate contributions, and the sale of goods donated to our Salvation Army Family Stores. Eighty-two cents of every dollar we spend supports our various missions across the country.
