Develops and coordinates the volunteer program for The Salvation Army’s of Polk, Burnett and St. Croix Counties, including recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers.

The duties of this job will be primarily performed indoors under normal room temperatures. The noise level will generally be low. At times the work may involve contact with individuals having infectious or communicable diseases.
