    Do you love the water and working with people? Looking for a fun, flexible, and rewarding job? Apply today to be trained as a lifeguard at Kroc in Green Bay! We will be offering a Lifeguard certification course soon with a tuition reimbursement program available for successful candidates. We offer flexible scheduling and are currently seeking candidates who have early morning, daytime, and weekend availablity! We offer a great hourly rate and also pay a shift differential for weekend shifts.


    The Lifeguard will monitor activities in the Aquatics Center, observe and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents protect life and enforce regulations. The Lifeguard will also assist with the implementation of programs, special events and swim lessons.  


    Considerately and patiently enforce pool rules to provide a safe environment for all members, visitors and employees.  

    Cautions swimmers regarding unsafe areas and actions. 

    Maintain order in swimming areas.

    Assist in development, training, and teaching American Red Cross swim lessons when assigned as a Water Safety Instructor.

    Must be able to analyze situations and adopt a quick and effective course of action; maintain constant observation of an assigned area to identify any signs of danger.

    Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning.

    Provide first aid, rescue breathing and CPR when needed.



    1 year of experience in lifeguarding and swim lesson instruction in a group environment preferred.



    American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED certification and American Red Cross Lifeguard certification are provided with tuition reimbursement available; hire as a lifeguard is contingent on successful completion of this training.
