Education: Associates Degree
Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed. Findings may disqualify an individual for this position
Experience: Two years of experience working with youth.
Certifications: Must be, or moving toward, Soldiership/Adherancy, in The Salvation Army.
Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver’s qualification standard.
Must have a Safe from Harm Certificate
Skills/Abilities: Ability to speak, write and understand English in a professional manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership, staff and consumers. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Supervisory Responsibility: To oversee and instruct all volunteers in youth activities.
