The Welcome Desk Attendant is responsible for creating exceptional customer service experiences. Primary responsibilities include selling and/or verifying memberships, program registrations, and café items through POS system as well as providing facility information, answering, and routing all incoming phone calls.
Help is needed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings.
Provide great customer service to our members and the community.
Perform Point of Sale (POS) transactions at the front desk.
Peform all cafe', membership, and front desk duties.
Answer and route incoming phone calls.
Provide facility information
High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 1-2 years experience in working in customer service industries.
Must have excellent computer skills; with working experience of Microsoft Office products. Computer database application experience helpful. Ability to use new software programs with basic training.
Be able to read, write and communicate in English with the ability to also communicate in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
