  • Overview

    The Community Center Ministries Director is responsible for leadership, oversight, development and improvement of all Community Center programs, including supervision of staff.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Plan, coordinate, implement and supervise all aspects of the Community Center programs.

    Supervise staff members required to ensure that the Corps Community Center is maintained in a reasonably presentable and safe condition.


    Administrative Duties:

    Provide support in bridging children and families into SA programs including but not limited to Sunday services.



    Bachelor’s degree in any major with 12 semester hours in child care or child development, 2 semester hours or 3 CEU’s in Child Care Administration, plus 480 hours of experience.

    Must be at least 21 years of age.

    Must have excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

    Must have a Chauffeurs License and DOT medical certificate for driving duties.

    Must have knowledge of general office practices and procedures, able to keep accurate records, filing and abide by confidentiality requirements.
