    Located on Lima Road, The Salvation Army ARC Family Store Center is seeking motivated candidates to fill a Processor position.


    This is a residential facility focused on providing spiritual regeneration to men struggling with substance abuse. 

    All sales generated by The Salvation Family Stores fund The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center.

    Duties will included all activities related to processing donated materials efficiently and properly.  This will include, but is not limited to:


    • Sorting, hanging, evaluating and tagging following the standards and quotas of The Salvation Army.
    • Pricing all merchandise per Salvation Army policy.
    • Rotating assignments, as directed, by the sorting room supervisor and learning all functions of the processing systems.
    • Maintaining a sense of order and cleanliness to effectively process donated materials.
    • Support the mission statement of The Salvation Army


    Requirements are as follows:


    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Must be a self-starter and be able to peform all assigned tasks quickly.
    • Must be able to work in a team and/or production line.
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
    • Must be able to frequently reach with hands and arms.
    • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
    • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
