    Responsibilities

    Provide clerical support to the Adult Mission Advancement Department:

     

    • Distribute correspondence and emails as requested.
    • Pick up and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and packages.
    • Maintain department paper and electronic filing systems.
    • Scan departmental files/documents; send/retrieve faxes.
    • Organize and maintain storage areas.
    • Provide clerical support to other departments on Adult Mission Advancement related business.
    • Assist Community Care Ministries with annual reports/memberships/certificates.
    • Assist Veteran’s Bureau with distribution of correspondence, reports, and communications.
    • Prepare presentation materials of statistics and other information as requested.
    • Prepare quarterly newsletters and distribute to Divisions as required.
    • Enter information to ensure the accuracy of the English Bible Correspondence Database.
    • Gather data and lead volunteers for the annual mass mailing enrollment drive, the Chaplain and Christmas mass mailing projects.
    • Ensure the timeliness of materials in the territorial Men’s Resources Database.
    • Maintain the Divisional Men’s Ministry Camp Calendar.

    Qualifications

    Education:

     

    High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    Experience: 

     

    1 year clerical office experience

    Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
