Oversee Housing Services, including supervision of the Homeless Case Management Supervisor, the Coordinated Entry Supervisor, the Administrative/CQI Coordinator and the Eviction Prevention Coordinator. Manage and maintain compliance within Housing Services' programming, including overall coordination of programming within Housing Services. Provide leadership and education to the larger housing community regarding Coordinated Entry and the homeless crisis response system, as the Salvation Army Liaison. Continually research and communicate HUD's guidance and expectation for ending homelessness, as well as other best practices modeled nationally and internationally.
Master’s degree from an accredited college or University required. Degree in social work or public administration preferred.
At least two years’ experience with non-profit agency in a leadership role.
Basic understanding of issues facing people in poverty and crises with a commitment and desire to offer assistance. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Effective oral and written communication skills. Computer proficiency , especially with Microsoft Suite.
