  • Overview

    Delivery of lunches to established drop-off sites. Work with driver to keep numerical counts of lunches distributed and number of individuals not served. 


    ***This is a seasonal position. Employment dates are from June  through August; Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.***


    • Work with the Feed the Kids Coordinator to develop and implement distribution activities that have a creative and brief ministry component. 
    • Assist with the loading of meals into the vehicles for delivery to sites. 
    • Distribute meals at drop-off sites following established distribution procedures. 
    • Assist Driver with crowd control. 
    • Assist Driver with keeping daily records identifying the number of meals distributed at each site as well as numbers not served. 
    • Assist with unloading containers, supplies, and unserved meals upon return to the distribution center. 
    • Assist with cleaning vehicle on a daily basis. 
    • Work together with all staff and volunteers associated with the Feed the Kids program. 

    Relationships: Work together with the route driver, the Feed the Kids Coordinator and the Distribution Center staff regarding the transportation of meals.
