The Adult Rehabilitation Centers Command has a newly created opportunity for a tech savvy and well organized individual to provide support and development to our Program Department through oversight of our Beneficiary Management Database (currently ServicePoint(TM)) and Statistical Database (FoxPro(TM)). This position will provide technical support, maintenance, training, and continued development of the system to enhance data collection and reporting functions.
The main responsibilities of this position will include:
The ideal candidate will possess a Baccalaureate Degree and a minimum of five years of experience in social work, human services, information services, or another business applicable area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years experience in administrating ServicePoint(TM) or a comparable client managerment system.
Proficient in MicroSoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to write formulas for report development in ART/Qlik, to build client tracking systems, and to analyze statistical systems and reports.
Ability to train adults in a group setting. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Some occasional travel within the Central Territory may be required. Must possess valid drivers license and ability to rent and drive a rental vehicle.
