The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is accepting applications for a full time entry level Human Resource/Accounting Assistant.
Duties would include:
Coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and indentifying solutions, answering phones, data entry, filing, maintining files and records, operate spreadsheets, reinforcing human resource confidentiality and supporting company policies amongst other assigned duties. Must be able to multi task, complete goals and work within a clerical or administrative setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excell and PowerPoint. A minimum of one year relevant experience working within an office team. Must have very effective verbal and listening communicative skills. Must be able to pay attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy. Must have computer skills, very effective organizational skills and some time management skills. Any experience with ADP Enterprise and Etime would be a plus.
