Job Description

Seasonal employment for no more than 90 days, no more than 40 hours per week.  Nights and weekends are probable.  No Sundays.  Reports to Director of Development and Volunteer Events Coordinator.




Manage and coordinate the volunteer bell ringers.

Contact all former bell ringers by email, phone, or mail to determine current year availability and interest.

Acquire new volunteer bell ringers.

Communicate and schedule bell ringers with the expectation that all kettle locations are staffed during all available hours with support from Development Director and Volunteer Events Coordinator.

Send “Thank You” notes to volunteers for previous day’s activity.


Manage and coordinate the kettle drivers.

Communicate and schedule kettle driver hours and routes.

Insure that all scheduled routes are filled.      

Prepare weekly time sheets for kettle drivers.
