Picks up donations as scheduled for The Salvation Army. Unloads the donations at store, sorts and prices donations, runs the baler, and assists in maintaining organization and inventory of donations and supplies.

Experience: One year job-related experience required.
Certifications: Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with approval to drive from TSA’s insurance carrier.
· Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Have knowledge of equipment safety rules.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.

This job is performed indoors in normal room temperature conditions and outdoors. When the duties require being outdoors, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
