Fulfill “Purpose” of Job Description
Attend weekly staff meetings
Address items pertaining to upcoming events, supplies, repairs, monthly clean up
Keep track and store adequate inventory of supplies
Organize and keep equipment rooms clean and orderly
Submit supply orders to the Corps Officer(s)
Set up and tear down tables and chairs for programming & clean up
Follow provided weekly Upkeep Schedule with accompanying Description of Duties which includes:
· Pick Up inside / Pick Up outside
· Trash Cans / Disinfect
· Walls / Corners
· Dust Mop / Mop / Spray Buff
· Lights Turned Off
· Mops & Janitor Sinks
· Bathrooms / Drains
· Windows / Glass Doors
· Offices
· Chapel Prep
· Strip & Wax All Floors as needed

Vehicle care (i.e. cleaning, washing, vacuuming, etc.)
Taking vehicles in for routine maintenance as needed (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) and reporting any damage or repairs needed to Corps Officer(s)
Accompany utilities/inspectors during inspections
Check and secure all doors, locks, etc., at end of shift
Familiarity with all utility/meter locations (electric, gas, water, phone)
Familiarity with HVAC systems operation, report any repairs needed to Corps Officer(s)

Monday Forgotten Harvest truck unload
Assist with the food program (load & unload trucks and delivery vehicles)

Assist with Conner Creek Corps Christmas related programs and services as needed, which may include some driving responsibilities








Have an understanding and acceptance of the standards and mission of The Salvation Army and a willingness to adhere to and share the same with others
Have an eye for detail as to what looks clean and functional, and the initiative to correct that which is not
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have or ability to obtain Chauffeur’s License within 30 days of hire
Ability to keep multiple tasks on track.
Organizational ability
Ability to make decisions within limits of authority, and operate according to established policies, procedures and work practices
