POSITION TITLE: Café Fast Food Attendant
LOCATION/DEPT: Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center
REPORTS to (TITLE): Food Service Manager

The café attendant is responsible for performing a variety of duties within the café and concessions area including completing customer transactions, cleaning the food or stock areas, assisting in the kitchen area, and maintaining inventory, and other related responsibilities. As a result superior customer service is given, revenues are increased and delivery complies with guidelines.
PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision of the Food Service Manager with some freedom to plan, schedule and carry out responsibilities within established policies and guidelines.
This individual will be evaluated on how effectively the outcomes/responsibilities of this position are achieved, as well as the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of accomplishing assigned goals.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
This individual will accurately represent the mission of The RJKCCC.
This individual will not fail to keep the Food Service Manager informed on all critical issues relating
to his/her area of responsibility. This individual will not fail to adhere to all Army policies and
procedures in carrying out the responsibilities of this position.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is required to do strenuous physical work. In order to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to use equipment and tools used in a food preparation/service area. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. The work environment for this position includes high activity and high noise level.
