  • Overview

    The Children’s Ministry Coordinator will coordinate, implement, supervise day camp, and children’s ministry programs as well as assist with the after school program.  The Coordinator will insure that the ultimate goal of spiritual, emotional, and physical regeneration of children are represented and infused in programs, trainings, customer relations, and levels of operation.


    The Children's Ministry Coordinator will be working with our youth specific programming at The Kroc Center.  Specific areas to be covered are Day Camp, After School Program, and Children's Ministry programming.

    Day Camp - The Coordinator will be planning the curriculum, hiring seasonal staff, and actively supervising the camp while it is in session.

    After School Program - The Coordinator will be assisting with transportation, daily lessons,  and classroom management of our program which runs Monday through Friday during the school year.

    Children's Ministry - The Coordinator will be developing and implementing programming for Sunday school, junior church, and youth group as well as assisting with youth activities during Meet Up Monday, Kids Hope USA, and Girls on the Run.

    Bachelor's degree in education, camping, or youth ministry required

    Minimum two years experience working in children's programming or education required

    Minimum three years supervisory experience required
