    The Seasonal Christmas Office Administrative Assistant will assist with data entry, answering all calls regarding Christmas programs including but not limited to Angel Tree, bell ringing, Adopt a Family and Toys for Tots.   Will solicit volunteers for all Christmas programs via phone, in person and email and scheduling of volunteers for Angel Tree, bell ringing and paid bell ringers. 
     Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed, hours of operation may vary.


    Assist with a variety of duties for Seasonal Christmas programs.

      • Volunteer coordination
      • Data entry & management
      • Interact with community members in a warm & friendly manner
      • Assist with pick up donations from community sites including Angel Tree and Kettles
      • Organize and sort donated packages
      • Fill in as needed as a bell ringer and Angel Tree
      • Assist with counting of Kettles




    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Six months experience in or related combination of education & experience.
    • Interpersonal skills suitable to working with a broad variety of people.
    • Ability to type and perform data entry
    • Ability to operate and/or learn to operate basic office equipment.
    • Ability to multitask.
