The Food Service Lead is responsible for day-to-day food and beverage operations at the Salvation Army Kroc Center. These food service responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and executing food and beverage service opportunities, menu planning, product ordering, customer service and custodial matters.
Must be able to work Monday approximately noon to 7PM and other hours as needed including nights and weekend.

Coordinating food orders and delivery
Food preparation
Baking of daily items for sale at the welcome desk
Food service
Kitchen clean up and sanitization
Two years experience in food service and preparation.
Training in culinary arts or culimary management preferred.
Safe Serve certification preferred.
Be able to read, write and communicate in English. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.
