    This position is part-time between 25 to 29 hours per week with benefits!

    Job Objective:

    The Health and Fitness Lead will assist with oversight and organization of programs by providing a world class experience for the community, ensuring that that all customers, clients and members are given prompt and courteous care with an attitude of Christian hospitality.


    Essential Job Duties:

    Work closely with the Health and Fitness Manager in the development and implementation of all Health and Fitness programs, including but not limited to Fit Kids 360, Losing It, etc.

    Assist in giving oversight to the day-to-day operations of the Fitness Center and rock wall.

    Assist Kroc Attendants to serve members in proper use of the fitness equipment and facilities.

    With the Health and Fitness Manager, initiate and nurture quality relationships with group exercise and personal trainers in the community ensuring their knowledge of The Kroc Center.

    Create and maintain creative and aggressive marketing schedule for all special fitness programs (Fit Kids/Losing It etc.)



    Minimum of two years’ experience working in a health and fitness setting and/or customer service related industries.



    Current instructor certification(s) preferred.

    American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED certification will be required during the first 30 days of hire.
